The semester is almost over!

Hurray! I am excited beyond no end. I have one more semester left before graduation. I’m so excited and scared at the same time.

So what has been going on lately? Not much. I have been working on a website for a class (with guidance from Ben) and I’m proud to say it is AWESOME! If you want to check it out you can click here.

The other day while we were outside grilling our dinner I rescued Raymond. He is a toad.

In other news Ben has a new title at work. It is LEAD web/mobile developer! Yay! Such awesome news.

And that is all I have for now!

Feelin’ Crafty

Today I felt the urge to be crafty. So Ben and I went to Michael’s in Appleton and got some supplies.

You will need letters (your initials). The size is up to you.  2 paint colors (we chose metallic grey and metallic white)
a stencil of your choice. a roller and a sponge brush.

I just painted the large K and B the metallic grey and the smaller a, n, and d the metallic white. I did about 3 coats of paint for even coverage.

Then you take the stencil and dab the other paint color on. So the white over the grey.

And then the grey on the white.

And this is the final product.

This concludes Krafty Krista Sunday!

Spring 2012

Wow! It’s been a really, really, long time. I’m sorry. School started up again and for one of my classes I’m required to blog so I have been neglecting this one. For that I apologize! So whats new? Bunches! where do I begin?

After Christmas was our last post so I have a bunch to fill you in on. To start Ben and I decided to stay in the apartment we are currently in. This way we are not on a lease (we haven’t been for about a year) so we can move whenever. Also we are now saving money so we can afford to move to a bigger apartment. And one day buy a house. And maybe start to get some new furniture up in here.

Ben and I got ourselves some bikes! We are super excited and have been going on so many bike rides. So fun. We have decided its time to eat healthier and cut down on the fast food intake. We are pretty excited about that.

That is all I have for now!
